FOX HISTO-INJECTION

FOX HISTO-INJECTION is an injection mortar used for repair purposes in historical structures made of brick, stone, and tuff, especially where cracks have formed and the load-bearing capacity has been lost.

It is used in:
Walls in sulfate-containing environments,
Historical masonry domes and vaults,
Filling small and large structural voids,
Sealing cracks,
As an injection material in foundations.
Advantages:
Can be used even in sulfate-containing environments.
Does not negatively interact chemically with original building materials or with different materials used during and after the restoration process.
The superior hydraulic nature of the binder allows the injection mortar to penetrate the structure to a high degree. With its moderate modulus of elasticity, it is ideal for filling small and large voids, even in cases of load-bearing capacity problems caused by excessive moisture in the original material.
The injection material used in wall repair provides excellent compatibility with brick, stone, and tuff materials without compromising the vapor and moisture permeability of the wall. It provides controlled expansion that prevents plastic shrinkage without causing harmful stresses in the structure to be repaired.
Thanks to the natural water retainers it contains, it allows injection without pre-wetting the surface; it prevents water from separating from the injection mortar and reaching and damaging the frescoes.
With the help of the new generation polycarboxylic ether-based superplasticizers it contains, it can be easily and effectively injected using low-pressure pumps, syringes or fine needles.
It does not contain additives and soluble salts (alkalis, sulfates, chlorides or nitrates), and does not deteriorate over time.
