FOX ADMENT PC FM351
- FOX ADMENT PC FM351 is a new generation superplasticizer concrete admixture based on polycarboxylic ether, developed for the ready-mixed concrete and precast industry where high water reduction, early and ultimate strength and durability are required.
- It conforms to TS EN 934-2 / Tables 3.1, 3.2 and 7.
Product Details
Applications
Used in precast and prefabricated concrete production,
In ready-mixed concrete production,
In the production of self-compacting and self-reinforcing concrete, easily placed in heavily reinforced concrete elements, in rheodynamic concrete production,
Used in the production of high-strength concrete with 18-24 hour and 28-day strength.
Advantages
Compared to traditional superplasticizers, it increases the early-ultimate compressive and tensile strength, adhesion to steel, and impermeability of the produced concrete.
Improves the mechanical properties of concrete such as carbonation, resistance to chloride ion attack, resistance to aggressive chemicals, shrinkage, and creep.
Results in rheoplastic concrete with a low water/cement ratio and low risk of segregation and bleeding.
Enables the production of high-strength concrete early even at low temperatures.
Minimizes formwork removal time.
Increases the abrasion resistance of concrete by reducing segregation and bleeding.
Thanks to its low water/cement ratio, early high strength, and reduced bleeding properties in concrete mixes, it shortens the application time of resin-based floor coating systems on new concrete.
It increases the resistance of concrete to freeze-thaw cycles.
It reduces curing time and temperature in precast element production.
It works compatibly with all cement types. It shows little sensitivity to material variations.
It does not contain chlorine.
